RT Express provides you various means of shipment tracking. Please choose one of following methods to start tracking your shipment:
By Tracking Number:
This is the easiest approach to conduct tracking. All you need is the tracking number. Track Now
If you filled out the sender's email address when you placed your shipment, you can send an email from that email account to email@example.com. You can leave the subject and email body blank. After a few minutes, an email with detailed information of your shipment will be sent back to that email address.
By Text message of Cell Phone:
If you filled out the sender's cell phone number and/or recipient's cell phone number in the shipping form, you can use that cell phone to send an empty text message to RT-Express to make tracking inquiry. A few minutes later, the latest shipping status of your package will be sent back to your cell phone in the format of text message. Currently, this feature is only available in the U.S. and China.
For the cell phone in the U.S., please send message to firstname.lastname@example.org. For the cell phone in China, please send message to email@example.com
